The hosts of The Music Biz Weekly Podcast, Brian Thompson (Thorny Bleeder) and Michael Brandvold (Michael Brandvold Marketing), have announced a new series called The Rock Star Branding Podcast.

Comments Brian Thompson: "I'm excited to finally let you guys in on something that's been in the works ever since Michael Brandvold and I recorded Episode 34 of The Music Biz Weekly Podcast with our special guest, author Steve Jones

We had such a great time recording that podcast and had such a tremendous response from it that we decided to do some brainstorming to see what else we could possibly do together.
Well, it quickly dawned on us… why spoil a good thing?
Let's do more podcasts together!

And so… a new series was born:

with your hosts Brian Thompson, Michael Brandvold and Steve Jones.

FA recommends: BILLY THE KID 'Ours' - full album available for free downloading

"Witness phenomenal Vancouver, B.C. singer/songwriter Billy The Kid."
This quote is taken from BILLY THE KID's website, and after listening to the first vocal parts of the 'Ours' album opener 'Back In The Sand' you'll know it's not just another promotional superlative. Being made aware of this album download by THORNY BLEEDER's Brian Thompson on Twitter, I had no idea what to expect and in fact I wasn't that impressed by a singer/songwriter since hearing Tori Amos' 'Under The Pink' for the first time back in 1994. So this is not a review, but a pure recommendation. Download 'Ours' and plunge into the voice and world of Billy The Kid!
